This year the Cayuga Fitness Challenge will be an 8-week competition that runs from Monday, March 13, 2017 through Sunday, May 7, 2016.
The Cayuga Fitness Challenge encourages building healthier lifestyles and workplaces. It’s a friendly contest to see which individual can earn the most points by tracking steps, exercise routines, or weight loss.
The Cayuga Fitness Challenge Point System is comprised of the following:
- Daily Steps (using a pedometer or fitness tracker)
- Physical Activity and exercise routines
- Losing % of Body Weight (based on a formula)
