What is the Cayuga Fitness Challenge?
This year’s Challenge will be an 8-week competition that runs from Monday, March 13, 2017 through Sunday, May 7, 2017.
The Cayuga Fitness Challenge encourages building healthier lifestyles and workplaces. It’s a friendly contest to see which individual can earn the most points by tracking steps and exercise routines.
NEW FOR 2017!
The Cayuga Fitness Challenge will now be an individual challenge in which you choose to compete in only one of the following:
- Daily Steps (using a pedometer or fitness tracker)
- Physical Activity and exercise routines
- Losing % of Body Weight (based on a formula)
We have simplified our Fitness Challenge this year, so no more tracking fruits & vegetables, water or bonus points!
